Sustainable Business Network
Longfellow has been a national leader in the area of energy conservation and sustainable business practices. Through NEBSR, Laury developed the first program designed to help small businesses become more environmentally friendly—The Conserve, Preserve, Recycle Program (CPR). This later became the basis for the small business component of the federal program--Climate Wise. In 2007, SBN expanded this program and it became the Sustainable Business Leader Program that continues the work of `greening local businesses’.
