The Natick Racquet Club is one of the oldest commercial indoor tennis clubs in New England. Opened in 1970, the Natick Racquet Club has been honored as one of the top fifty indoor tennis clubs in America, and is recognized as one of the most active and successful indoor tennis clubs in New England.

The Natick Racquet Club became part of The Longfellow Clubs in 1985, and under the leadership of two members of the New England Tennis Hall of Fame, Laury Hammel, owner, and Sheila Weinstock, manager; the Racquet Club programs grew dramatically. The Racquet Club programs now include 12 adult teams (women and men), a junior program that teaches hundreds of youngsters tennis, and the highly respected New England Academy of Tennis. When you join the Racquet Club, you are automatically a tennis member of The Longfellow Club in Wayland giving you access to 16 indoor tennis courts and a wide diversity of play and instructional programs.

If you are interested in joining one of Longfellow's fun and dynamic tennis programs we invite you to have a free evaluation by one of the Racquet Club's highly skilled and certified tennis professionals. This will make it easier for us to help you find the right program for you or your child.

  • Zip II: 7-8 yr. old players that can rally in a small court
  • Zip III: players rally cross court at Zip II level

USA Tennis:

The USA Tennis program is designed for beginning to intermediate tennis players ages 8 – 14. Beginning players learn to rally, serve and keep score. More experienced players develop technical skills and are encouraged to participate in our weekend match play programs.

High School Training Program:
7th - 12th Graders
Our classes are for intermediate to advanced players with match play experience. We offer three levels:

Match Play Program
We offer match play programs Friday evenings, Saturday late afternoons, and Sunday afternoon. We strongly believe that in order for a student to progress in tennis they should play matches in addition to their instructional program. We offer various levels of match play from the 36’ to the 60’ ft. courts, as well as full court play for different ages and levels.
